About JJH Foundation
Founded on the belief that every human being deserves dignity, freedom, and opportunity — regardless of where they were born.

From One Meal to a Movement
Joe Leboss and Jane Stainless met at a humanitarian conference in Lagos in 2011. Both had spent years working independently — Joe as a human rights attorney fighting for wrongly imprisoned individuals in West Africa, Jane as a social entrepreneur championing girl child rights and women's economic empowerment.
They shared a single conviction: that systemic change requires more than good intentions — it requires organized, sustained, transparent action. In 2012, they co-founded the Joe & Jane Humanitarian Foundation with a feeding program serving 200 families in Owerri, Imo State.
Today, JJHF operates across Nigeria, Malawi, and the United States — serving over 48,000 meals annually, providing legal aid to the unjustly imprisoned, and securing the futures of hundreds of girls through education and advocacy.
“To restore dignity to the broken, fight injustice for the oppressed, and empower communities to build sustainable futures — one life at a time.”
“A world where every person — regardless of gender, class, or geography — lives with freedom, dignity, and opportunity.”
